Returns and Refunds Policy
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days for tools that have malfunctions or factory imperfections. Additionally, if your product arrives with shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it to be eligible for a return.
2. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging included. However, items that show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.
Note: We do not accept returns for items sold as factory imperfects or for any personalized items.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Buyer Pays for Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to one of the following reasons:
- Not as Described: If the item received is not as described.
- Shipping Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping and reported within 24 hours.
- Factory Imperfect: If the item has any unexpected manufacturing imperfections.
4. International Buyers
Customs and Taxes: Please note that customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, each country has customs calculators available to help estimate these charges.
Unpaid Customs: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the product price only. However, shipping fees are non-refundable, as the post office has fulfilled its duty.
5. Fajas Return Policy
Unused Items: We accept returns for fajas that are unused and in their original condition.
No Returns for Used Items: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any used fajas or other used products.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the returned merchandise and confirming it meets our return conditions. Moreover, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
